One pill can kill. It can be anyone's kid. Fentanyl doesn't care how good they are, how careful their parents were, or what neighborhood they grew up in. That's the fact this entire mission is built around, and we won't soften it to make anyone more comfortable.

Silence is the enemy

The conversation is the intervention. Talking — really talking, at the kitchen table, before it's too late — saves lives. Shame and quiet keep families from having that conversation. Our whole mission is built to break that silence: loud apparel, straight- talk education, and a directory that gets a family to real help fast.

How the mission actually works

MAD AF is a mission-driven apparel and awareness company — not a nonprofit or charity. We are preparing bold awareness apparel, but ordering and payments are not open yet. See our Disclaimer for the full statement.

The apparel is the megaphone. It's not the mission dressed up to sell shirts — the shirts fund the mission. Every person wearing MAD AF becomes a walking conversation starter, whether that's at school pickup, at work, or at a family dinner where the subject never used to come up.

We're loud on awareness, careful on help

We are not a medical provider and we don't pretend to be one. When it matters, we point people to the real thing: 911 for an overdose emergency, 988 for a mental health or substance use crisis, and SAMHSA (1-800-662-4357) or FindTreatment.gov for treatment.
