Website Terms
These terms cover the read-only public informational site. The apparel store is a preview; MAD AF does not currently accept payments or orders. Public submissions, member accounts, and forum posting are not open.
Who we are
MAD AF — Moms and Dads Against Fentanyl — is a mission-driven awareness and apparel company, not a nonprofit, charity, medical provider, or emergency service.
Informational content
Site content and third-party directory listings are informational and are not medical, legal, or treatment advice. Verify a provider directly before relying on its hours, services, cost, or availability. In an overdose emergency call 911. For crisis support call or text 988.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, evade security or rate limits, scrape or republish the directory at scale, impersonate another person, or use the site unlawfully. We may restrict access or remove submitted material to protect visitors and the service.
Apparel preview
Displayed products, designs, variants, and prices are previews and are not offers for sale. Final commercial, payment, shipping, and return terms will be published before checkout opens.
Ownership and third parties
MAD AF owns or licenses its name, logo, site design, and original content. Third-party names, links, and services belong to their respective owners. External sites operate under their own terms and policies.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as available and may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MAD AF is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use or reliance on third-party listings. Nothing here waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes and contact
Continued use after an updated date means the revised terms apply. The contact status page will show when a staffed channel opens.
